Responsibilities:

• Academic Support: Assisting students with course selection, goal setting, and developing effective study habits to achieve academic success.
• Social-Emotional Guidance: Providing individual and group counseling to address challenges such as stress, peer relationships, and personal growth.
• Career Readiness: Introducing students to career pathways and helping them set long-term educational and professional goals.
• Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate support and resources for students experiencing crises or significant challenges.
• Family Collaboration: Partnering with families to ensure students receive the necessary support both at school and home.
• Community Resources: Connecting students and families to external resources and support services when needed.
